The Resort
This seafront paradise has the most breathtaking views overlooking the neighbouring island of La Gomera. In the quiet resort of Playa Paraíso you will find small beach areas, rock pools and a high street with bars shops and restaurants. There’s a small promenade walkway for leisurely strolls and there is even a shopping centre (Rosa Centre) within a 20 minute walk away which has a small soft play area! You are only a short drive away from the busier resorts of Costa Adeje and Las Americas. Local buses run every 30 minutes for around 3 euros or taxis are convenient costing around15-25 euros, depending on where you go. Families staying here often chose to hire a car. Parking is free of charge in the hotel’s underground car park.

The Rooms
The hotel offers double rooms that can sleep up to three people, however we recommend booking a junior suite or a suite for extra space and comfort. These rooms come with a separate bedroom and living room area. The areas are separated by either a door or an optical separation. These rooms can sleep up to four people plus an infant. All rooms have baths and showers which is convenient with small kids. The rooms include a mini bar but this comes with an extra charge. You pay for a drinks package but can then fill the fridge with anything you like. Cots can also be provided on request.
The Pools
The hotel has 5 outdoor pools including a children’s pool and a splash park. The main children’s pool as well as the outdoor saltwater infinity pool with whirlpool are heated all year round. The other pools are heated in the winter. RoniAventura is the new multi-adventure area. It is divided into wet and dry sections. The wet section has an activity pool as well as a pool with a volcano, water jets and four slides. One slide is specifically for younger children! The dry section is for fun adventures. Climb the rocks and the suspension bridges and fly down the zip lines or the slides. You will find something for every age in this adventure wonderland.
Kids clubs
The hotel has a mini club for children aged between four and twelve with daily activities, a playroom, a playground and sand pit. As an added bonus, the hotel also has a baby club. Children between ten months and and three years old can play, sleep and eat in the baby club supervised by childcare professionals (advanced booking is required as places are limited). It is free of charge between the hours 10:00-13:00 and 15:00-18:00.
The hotel mascot ‘Roni’ entertains children throughout the day and mini discos take place at night. The entertainment team organise activities throughout the day and night and the hotel has great sports facilities including tennis courts, a gym and a spa.
Gastronomy
Food wise, you can choose between Half Board or All inclusive. There’s a main buffet restaurant and two A La Carte restaurants. During school holiday periods the main buffet restaurant has a separate, fun kids buffet available as well. One thing we love is that directly adjacent to the main restaurant you will find a children’s playroom so parents can finish their dinner in peace! High hairs are available and baby food/milk can be heated if needed.

CONS:
- The location is a little quiet for some. There are only a handful of bars, restaurants and supermarkets in the area.
- Some of the junior suites don’t come with a separate bedroom, they are open plan with a curtain. Make sure you check this at the time of booking to ensure you select the correct room type for you needs.
- No family friendly beach within walking distance.
