The Resort and Hotel
The hotel is situated right in the heart of the lively, bustling resort of Playa De Las Americas. With shops, bars, restaurants, live music and beaches a stone throw away, this hotel is the perfect choice for families wanting everything they desire right on their doorstep.
You are close to local attractions such as Siam Park, Aqualand and Jungle Park with free buses running daily from a bus stop close to the hotel.
The hotel has an amazing central location however, once you step through the reception area, you are transported into a little village with villas and bungalows dotted around the beautiful gardens.
Should you choose to hire a car during your stay please be aware that parking can be difficult sometimes in this area. There isn’t a specific, set hotel parking area.

The Rooms
The rooms here are absolutely perfect for families with young children. You can choose between 1- and 2-bedroom villas or bungalows. Some rooms can sleep up to 6 people!
All the rooms come with kitchenettes with fridges, microwaves and kettles as a standard. Perfect when travelling with little ones. All the rooms come with twin bedrooms plus sofa beds in the living room areas. The bathrooms all have baths and showers and can also be provided. The hotel recommended that you request one at the time of booking to ensure availability.
Some of the rooms even have a special kid’s den area with games consoles. The rooms are all slightly different and include different extras and perks for example, some rooms include late check out. We recommend that you read the room descriptions carefully before booking to ensure you get the one that suits your family’s needs and requirements best.

The Pools
There are 2 main pools in the hotel. One for relaxation and the other for pool activities organised by the fantastic hotel entertainment team. On top of this, the hotel also has 2 extra pools just for kids! One of these pools even includes mini water slides. There are plenty of sun beds and parasols around and baby changing facilities located by the poolside. All of the pools are heated in the winter months as well.
For Kids
The hotel has a multi sports court with football and basketball nets as well as a playground and soft play area. They even have a cinema and games room. The arcade games come at an extra cost.
The Kids Club is for children aged between 4-12 years old. They organise arts and crafts, sports, music games and more. Mini Discos take place every night for the whole family to enjoy. We recommend you speak with the hotel on arrival regarding kid's club reservations as they may be busy at peak times.
The hotel entertainment is very family oriented with family shows and activities during the day and night run by the hotel's entertainment team. The entertainment is fairly low key and finishes early. The entertainment hours are usually 10:30-16:30 and 20:30-21:30. The evening entertainment is indoor in the winter and outdoor in the summer.
The Food and Drink
The main buffet restaurant opens for breakfast, lunch and evening meals and has a variety of culinary delights as well as a separate kid’s buffet section too. They have special themed nights such as Mexican and Asian and they have microwaves to heat up baby food and milk as well as highchairs.
They have snack bars during the day for drinks, ice creams and light bites. You can choose your board basis between bed and breakfast, half board or all inclusive. Whichever suits your family best.
Remember for extreme fussy eaters, you have an abundance of supermarkets, bars and restaurants right on your doorstep!
